Vegan Strawberry Sorbet
Bright, fruity, and naturally sweet frozen treat with frozen strawberries.
Ingredients
- 240ml Oatly Barista oat milk
- 180g frozen strawberries
- 1.5 scoops vegan vanilla protein
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- 5g agave syrup (optional)
- 0.5g Xanthum gum
Instructions
Blend oat milk, frozen strawberries, protein powder, lemon juice, and xanthum gum until completely smooth.
Pour into Ninja Creami Deluxe container (710ml). Freeze for 24 hours on a flat surface.
Warm with 30-60 seconds of warm water. Spin using "Lite Ice Cream" or "Slushi" setting.
Re-spin at least once. Use Top/Bottom feature for half-tub servings.
