Uses ON Gold Standard Casein — thicker texture than whey, holds up well during spinning.

Blend milk, casein, vanilla, sweetener and xanthan gum until thick and smooth.

Pour into container, leaving 10–15ml headroom. Freeze 24h lid on.

Warm container 30–60s. Spin Lite Ice Cream. Add Oreo thins via mix-in.

Re-spin once for perfect texture.
