Ingredients

  • 240ml BOB skimmed milk
  • 120ml Greek yogurt (Fage)
  • 30-35g Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 5ml Vanilla extract
  • 5-10g Sweetener
  • 2 Oreo cookies (26g)
  • 0.5g Xanthum gum

Instructions

Blend all ingredients (except Oreos) until completely smooth. Pour into Ninja container.

Freeze for 12-24 hours on a flat surface with the lid on.

Spin using "Lite Ice Cream" or "Soft Serve" setting. Add crushed Oreos using the mix-in function.

Re-spin 1-2x if needed for ultimate creaminess.
