DIY UK route: banana extract replaces banana pudding mix; the small banana portion helps the Creami texture without turning it into straight banana ice cream.

Instructions

Blend milk, isolate, banana, banana extract, vanilla, sweetener, xanthan gum and salt until fully smooth.

Pour into the Creami tub, staying at the correct freeze fill line. Freeze for 24 hours.

Run the outside of the tub under warm water for 30–60 seconds.

Spin on Lite Ice Cream. If crumbly, add 1–2 tbsp milk and re-spin once.

Add crushed biscuit via Mix-In once only, or hand-fold a little on top if you want a clearer crunch.

Add biscuit mix-in on top of these macros. Rich Tea usually keeps calories a bit lower than vanilla wafers.
